SDA Australia Group builds home catering to the needs of NDIS participants with SDA funding. SDA Australia Group specialised the homes for the high physical support, fully accessible, improved liveability and robust homes designed in accordance with the 2021 NDIS SDA Design Standard.

The high physical support homes have wide doorways and no stairs making it more accessible for the wheelchairs to navigate within the home premises. When the participant loves to cook, the kitchen is designed with convenience. The adjustable height kitchen island bench, custom kitchen cabinetry with knee-toe clearances and the side opening oven allows the participant to independently prepare the recipe without hassle.

The robust homes are designed with bulnosed corners and round edges custom cabinetry for safety, allowing to move around for those with impairment. There is a secondary room which can be used either for study room, music room, carer’s room, or a breakroom.
