WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Once built, our SDA home is rented to you as a long-term tenant. We also won’t sell your home out from underneath you.
Our ambitions are a world apart from those of private property investors, and that means you get to live your best life.
Your NDIS plan and Commonwealth rent assistance will include annual funding to pay most of your rent. Funding is calculated based on the location and size of the property and level of accessibility.
