For times when support is needed, you have complete choice and control over who cares for you. Whether your carer visits for an hour, a day or stays permanently with you, they’re as welcome as you are.
We want you to live your best life with all the care you need.
We also want you to gain your independence and we understand that doing that means building on established capabilities as well as building new skills.
For this reason, SDA homes provide a carers onsite overnight assistance room so your carer or SIL provider can spend time with you and live with you if need be. They’ll have their own bedroom and bathroom in most of our homes. Plus, light-filled and spacious common areas provide the perfect setting for you to come together and spend time.
